MarcoAnalytica publishes open articles/explainers and provides member-only dossiers, datasets, watch feeds, dashboards, and real-time alerts. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. Some content may be redacted or delayed for safety, legal, or verification reasons.

5) Memberships, Payments & Taxes

Some features require a paid membership or subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the fees, applicable taxes, and any recurring amounts. Prices and plans may change; we will notify you of material changes where required.

6) Trials, Renewals & Cancellations

If offered, trials convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled per your account settings or applicable notice period.

7) Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable. Prorations may not be available upon cancellation.

8) User Content & Tips

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., comments, feedback, leads, or tips). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

Important: This site is not an encrypted portal. Do not submit sensitive or unlawful material here. When secure channels are announced, follow the posted safety guidance. We cannot guarantee we will review or act on any submission.

We use multiple sources (including open records and third-party data) and apply verification workflows. However, information can be incomplete, redacted, time-bound, or later updated. We make no promise to continually update any specific item and may annotate or retract content where appropriate.

12) Professional & Regulatory Disclaimers

Content is for information only and not legal, financial, investment, medical, or security advice. MarcoAnalytica is not a law-enforcement agency and not a consumer reporting agency; you may not use the Services to make eligibility determinations in violation of the FCRA or similar laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARCOANALYTICA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR FOR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You will indemnify and hold harmless MarcoAnalytica and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
